Description

Pre-printed used vehicle sales invoice books for car dealers, motor traders and private sellers. A4 duplicate NCR, 50 sets per book, printed in full colour with your logo and contact details.

This is a complete trade sale document, not a blank invoice. The vehicle block is pre-printed for make, model, registration, chassis and engine numbers, mileage, date first registered, MOT and colour. Below it sit the Buyer’s Declaration and the Seller’s Declaration — the used-vehicle warranty statements covering condition, prior use and whether the vehicle has been an insurance claim — then a part exchange block and the money column: net price, extras, VAT, warranty, subtotal, part exchange, nett allowance, cash deposit and total.

Every line is amendable free of charge, including the declaration wording. Add your own terms, change the VAT treatment, or send your own artwork and we print that at no extra cost.

What is printed on a used vehicle sales invoice?

Your logo and contact details at the top, then Sold To fields for the buyer’s name, address, phone, email and VAT number, alongside invoice number, date and stock book number. The vehicle block covers make, model, registration, chassis and engine numbers, mileage, date first registered, MOT and colour. Below that are the Buyer’s and Seller’s Declarations, a part exchange block, and a money column running from net price through VAT and warranty to the total.

Can I change the declaration wording?

Yes, free of charge. The Buyer’s and Seller’s Declarations can be reworded, shortened or replaced with your own terms. Any other line on the form can be amended or removed the same way, and there is no extra cost for it.

Is this suitable for a car dealer or a private seller?

Both. Dealers and motor traders use it as their standard sale document, and private sellers use it to record a sale properly with the vehicle details and declarations in writing. The same book works either way.

How many parts does the book have?

Duplicate only — a white top copy for the buyer and a yellow second copy that stays in the book as your record. Both are printed in full colour on carbonless NCR paper, 50 sets per book.

Can I have the invoices numbered?

Yes, free sequential numbering is included. Tell us the starting number and the format you need and we set it up before printing.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch is 2–4 working days from proof approval, plus 2–3 working days in transit. Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £20.
