Personalised licensed taxi receipt books for taxi, minicab, private hire and chauffeur drivers, printed in full colour on A7 pads of 100.

Each receipt carries the Licensed Taxi Receipt heading with your name, phone number and logo printed above it, then the fields a driver fills in on the spot: Date, Car, From, To and Fare, signed off with Received with thanks. One line for the fare, not a column of charges — it takes seconds to complete at the end of a job and gives the passenger something they can hand to an accountant.

Every field is amendable free of charge. Add your badge or plate number, add a VAT line, change any wording, or remove the Licensed Taxi heading if you’d prefer it without. Send us your details and we set the artwork up for you before printing.

What is printed on the receipt?

The Licensed Taxi Receipt heading, your name, phone number and logo, then blank fields for Date, Car, From, To and Fare, finishing with Received with thanks. You fill in the fields by hand at the end of each job.

Can I add my badge or plate number?

Yes, free of charge. Badge number, plate number, licensing authority, a VAT line, an email address or a website can all be added. Any wording on the receipt can also be changed or removed.

Are these suitable for minicab and private hire drivers?

Yes. The same book is used by taxi, minicab, private hire and chauffeur drivers. If the Licensed Taxi heading doesn’t suit your work, tell us and we’ll set the artwork up without it.

How many receipts are in a book?

100 receipts per book, A7 size (105x74mm), perforated and stapled so each one tears out cleanly and the book stays intact.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch is 2–4 working days from proof approval, plus 2–3 working days in transit. Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £20.
