Our Refund and Return Policy

Personalised and bespoke items

Every item we print is made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel for a full refund at any point before you approve your artwork proof. Email us at artwork@megaimage.co.uk and we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Once you have approved your proof, your order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match the proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery at artwork@megaimage.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the problem.

We may ask you to return the affected items so we can inspect them before we reprint. If the goods are found to be faulty, we cover return postage and reprint at no cost to you. Where a reprint is not appropriate, we refund you in full.

For larger orders we may ask you to return the full quantity claimed against, so that the extent of the fault can be established.

Approving your proof

We email a proof of your artwork before printing, and nothing goes to press until you approve it. Please check spelling, contact details and numbering carefully — once approved, we print exactly what is shown. Errors we introduce after approval are ours to correct; errors present in the approved proof are not.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of proof approval, with delivery typically 2–3 working days after that within the UK.

Delivery is free on orders over £20 (UK mainland). Orders under £20 are charged at £4.99. An express next-day service is available at checkout for £9.50.

Small orders are sent by Royal Mail; larger orders by DHL.
