A printed notepad is the cheapest piece of marketing you will ever buy, because it sits on someone’s desk for weeks with your name on it. Reception desks, meeting rooms, trade counters, client leave-behinds, conference bags, every sheet torn off is another look at your logo and phone number, and unlike a leaflet nobody throws it away until it’s used up.
Our personalised notepads are printed in full colour on 80gsm bond paper, glued along the top edge with a grey backing board so sheets tear off cleanly one at a time. Choose A6 for the phone-message pad by the till, A5 for the desk, or A4 for meeting notes — 25 or 50 sheets per pad, and order anything from a single pad to twenty.
Send us your artwork and we’ll print it exactly as supplied, at no extra cost. If you don’t have a design, choose one of our templates and we’ll add your logo, business name and contact details — a structured business layout with notes, top priorities, plan of action and to-do sections, or a softer daily planner layout with priorities, tasks and reminders. Either way you get a free digital proof by email before anything goes to print.
A notepad is single sheets. You write, tear off, and there’s no copy left behind. That’s what you want for messages, notes and anything you hand over without needing a record.
An NCR pad is duplicate or triplicate. Writing on the top sheet copies through to the one beneath, so you keep a record and the customer keeps theirs. That’s what you need for invoices, receipts, quotes, job sheets and anything you might have to produce later.
If you need the record, you need an NCR book, not a notepad. If you just need somewhere to write, a notepad is cheaper and does the job.

A6 suits phone messages and quick notes — it’s the size that sits by a till or a phone without taking up space. A5 is the standard desk pad and the most popular size for branded giveaways. A4 is for meeting notes and anywhere someone needs room to write properly. If you’re ordering for a conference bag, A5 is the size people actually keep.
25 sheets is right for giveaways and events, where you want to hand out more pads rather than fewer thick ones. 50 sheets is better for your own desks and reception, where the pad stays in one place and needs to last. The 25-sheet option also brings the price per pad down if you’re ordering in volume.
Yes, at no extra cost. Send print-ready artwork and we’ll use it exactly as supplied. If you’re designing it yourself, allow a 3mm bleed and keep important text 5mm inside the trim edge. If you’d rather we handled it, our free design service will build a layout around your logo and details.
Ours are printed single-sided as standard, which is what most customers want — the back of the sheet stays clear for writing. If you need double-sided, tell us when you order and we’ll quote for it.
Yes. We email a digital proof on every order and nothing goes to print until you’ve approved it. Dispatch is 2–4 working days from your approval, not from when you place the order — so the sooner you reply to the proof, the sooner it ships.
